Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy describes how Spatial Agents ("the app"), developed by Glen Speckert ("developer", "we", "our"), handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Data We Do Not Collect

Spatial Agents does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Search queries or topics you enter
• Dashboard content generated by the app
• Account or login credentials (the app has no accounts)
• Contacts, photos, or any other on-device data

On-Device AI Processing

Spatial Agents uses Apple's on-device foundation model through the FoundationModels framework (Apple Intelligence) to generate intelligence dashboards, analyze articles, and perform natural language search. All of this processing happens entirely on your device.

• Your topics and queries are never sent to any server
• Generated dashboards, summaries, timelines, metrics, and forecasts remain on your device
• No AI processing is performed in the cloud
• No data is shared with Apple, the developer, or any third party through the AI features

Network Requests

The app makes the following network requests, which are the only data that leaves your device:

These requests contain only standard HTTP headers. No user identifiers, tokens, topics, search queries, or personal data of any kind are included in these requests.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device:

• Generated dashboards are held in memory during the app session
• Prior dashboard topics are stored locally for convenience
• Feed preferences (enabled/disabled sources) are stored in local app settings
• No data is stored on external servers or in cloud services

Third-Party Services

Spatial Agents does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The app contains no SDKs from third-party data companies.

Children's Privacy

Spatial Agents does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app has no data collection mechanisms of any kind.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Since the app collects no data, significant changes are unlikely. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your Rights

Since Spatial Agents does not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. You are in complete control of all information within the app.
